Pickeridge site
In 2020 the club was offered the use of an additional field ("Pickeridge Farm"), near Stoke Poges, by our previous landlord. This is another old landfill site, where tipping finished decades ago. We received temporary planning for the change of use in 2022, and then permanent planning permission in 2024.
This site is for electric models only due to planning restrictions. The site is available all year, between the hours 9am to 9pm.
The entire field is private, with no public access. We maintain a cut runway in the centre of the field, with the rest left to weeds. There is a locked club hut with mains electricity, kettle etc.
